Learn the three Scrum roles Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Developers their accountabilities and authority, and apply that understanding by analysing real dysfunction scenarios and identifying the root cause.

Sprint Planning and Backlog Management
Learn sprint planning structure Sprint Goal formulation, Product Backlog ordering, and team capacity planning and apply them to facilitate a live sprint planning session within the cohort simulation.

User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
Learn User Story writing and acceptance criteria definition the INVEST criteria, Given/When/Then format, and Definition of Done and apply them to write stories and criteria a developer can implement and a QA can test.

Agile Estimation and Sprint Ceremonies
Learn Agile estimation techniques story points, planning poker, and T-shirt sizing and apply them to estimate a real backlog and facilitate standup, review, and retrospective ceremonies in the cohort simulation.

PSM I Exam Preparation
Learn the PSM I assessment structure scenario-based questions, the Scrum Guide alignment, and common misconception traps and apply that preparation through timed practice assessments reviewed answer by answer.
