Course Overview
This course provides an in-depth understanding of the PRINCE2 methodology for project management. The course is divided into two parts - Foundation and Practitioner. The Foundation level covers the basics of project management, including the principles, themes, and processes of PRINCE2. The Practitioner level builds on this foundation, covering advanced topics such as tailoring, implementing, and managing a PRINCE2 project.
Pre-Requisite
The formal prerequisite for PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is to pass the PRINCE2 Foundation exam. Candidates must have a valid PRINCE2 Foundation certification while booking for the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam.
