Who is this course designed for?
HTML and CSS Web Design for Kids is designed for children aged 10 to 16 who are curious about how websites are made. No prior experience is needed — we start from the very first line of HTML and build a complete personal website by the final session.

My child is more creative than technical. Is this the right course?
Absolutely. HTML and CSS sit exactly at the intersection of creativity and logic. Your child chooses the colours, layout, and content of their website — and the code is the tool that brings their creative vision to life. Many of our most enthusiastic learners come from creative backgrounds.

What will my child actually build?
Over 6 modules, your child builds a complete multi-page personal website with a navigation bar, styled content, images, and a layout that works on both desktop and mobile. By the final session they have a real website they can share with family and friends.

How are the sessions conducted?
Sessions are 2 hours each, live and instructor-led online, over 6 weeks with 6 total sessions. The group is small so your child receives individual attention throughout.

What support is included?
Each module has an EngagePro page-building task that adds a new component to your child's final website. These tasks are reviewed with feedback by the course instructor. There is also a monthly ITLearnner Kids Web Design Challenge that all enrolled students can enter.
