About
Python Young Coders - Foundation is a structured blended-learning Python programme for children aged 10 - 12 who want to understand how coding works and start building real programs with confidence. Learners join live online classes for tutor-led explanation, code demonstrations and beginner-friendly syntax breakdowns. After each class, they continue learning inside EngagePro, ITLearnner’s learning platform, where they can review class notes, complete assignments, practise coding challenges and build confidence through guided independent tasks. This programme helps learners move from simple coding ideas into practical Python skills using instructions, input and output, variables, numbers, decisions, loops, functions and creative mini-projects. Students do not only watch a lesson; they learn the concept, practise it, complete assignments and apply it through small projects. Learners will build fun beginner projects such as a Name Generator, Quiz Game, Guess the Number game, Story Creator and a final Mini Adventure Game. What this programme helps learners do: - Understand coding as clear step-by-step instructions - Use print() and input() in Python - Store information with variables - Work with numbers, text and simple logic - Use if, else, loops and simple functions - Practise after class using EngagePro assignments - Debug simple errors and improve their code - Build creative mini-projects they can test and share Course Details - Suitable for: Kids aged 10–12 - Skill level: L1 - Foundation - Delivery: Blended learning with live online classes and EngagePro practice - Experience needed: No prior coding experience required - Learning style: Tutor-led explanation, live demo, syntax breakdown, class notes, assignments and independent practice This programme does not promise advanced Python mastery. It gives young learners a supportive foundation for future Python learning and creative coding progression.
